Franco Ardani comes from a family background of entrepreneurship and enterprise. Having left school to join the family business in 1986 to learn business skills from his father, he then went on to graduate in 1998 Accountancy & Law and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2001. He worked as an accountant for three large firms of Accountants based in Winchester, Southampton and Chandlers Ford, gaining significant experience of the industry. He has used this experience to turn this passion into a career forming Carbon Accountants during 2004.

Jo first met Franco back in 2002 where they worked together at a top 200 firm based in Chandlers Ford before teaming up together at Carbon Accountants in 2012. Jo has graduated with honours achieving an MSC in Mathematics, and simply loves numbers! Jo qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2001 and specialises in providing clients with a one to one all-round service from bookkeeping, payroll to Statutory Compliance Accounts and Tax reporting

Kim has been working together with Franco for a number years now, and her background is based in Human Resources and specialises in assisting clients with all their company secretarial and payroll compliance. Kim is dedicated at Carbon in assisting all your day to day bookkeeping and VAT preparation but also any compliance work when required.

Its been a bit of a journey this end figuring out what is best for my business.
Having given this much thought, I have had a turn around. I been feeling my direction is being dictated by the HMRC & accountancy industry preferences. But not what's best for me or my business.
The spreadsheet you built is a wonderful asset, it provides me with flexibly, privacy and ease of use and it does not force me into a rabbit hole where the future is dictated by software providers. As the old saying goes “if its not broken, then why fix it”.
I recognise you have saved me significant sums in not having to sign up to Xero etc. Its not about the cost at all, your goodwill has been extended beyond the call of duty, my spreadsheet has become one of those jobs you do for me that becomes endless - thank you.
